1. How long does shipping take?
Since we process orders manually and only once per week, it usually takes between 7 to 15 business days for the products to arrive from our supplier in Italy. After that, we package and deliver them within Cyprus via BoxNow.
2. Do you ship internationally?
We’re currently based in Cyprus and primarily ship within the country. However, if you're an international customer, feel free to contact us and we’ll check if shipping to your location is possible.
3. Can I return a product?
At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to the difficulty of sending items back to Italy. That said, your satisfaction matters to us — if there’s an issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
4. Are your products really from Italy?
Yes. All our products are sourced directly from Italy, known for quality craftsmanship and natural ingredients. We only offer products we believe in and use ourselves.
5. Why do you only process orders once a week?
We’re a small team, and batching weekly orders helps reduce shipping costs — for both us and you. This allows us to offer high-quality Italian products without inflating prices.
